When more than half of your local engineering staff are ODU alumni, working on the University’s replacement NCAA football stadium is a dream come true. VHB is the ideal team member, bringing nearly two-decades of work dedicated to enhancing the ODU campus experience through a variety of projects. As a member of the initial feasibility team through planning, design and construction of the stadium, VHB’s master planning, civil engineering and permitting efforts helped the ODU Monarchs recruit and reign on the playing field.
