From our 30 offices along the East Coast, we’ve made our mark on federal lands from Acadia National Park in Maine to the Inyo National Forest in California to Gulf Islands National Seashore in Florida. VHB has been supporting the National Park Service (NPS) for more than 20 years, providing integrated services for projects including transportation planning and design, engineering feasibility and design, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act, and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) compliance and documentation, and other environmental, planning, permitting, and compliance projects. VHB’s thorough understanding of and experience with NPS guidelines and regulations, combined with our technical expertise, have helped us provide efficient, cost-effective, and reliable service to the NPS. More recently, VHB has become a trusted planning partner for Wild and Scenic River corridors on national forests. Our experience with NPS and the USDA's Forest Service helped us blaze a trail into other Federal Lands Management Agencies, including U.S. Fish and Wildlife and the Bureau of Land Management.
