Brian Perry, PE, CME, LEED AP, has joined VHB as the new Managing Director for New Jersey. With a powerful track record in private land development and municipal engineering, Brian brings substantial value to VHB’s New Jersey operations as he enhances client relationships, project delivery, and strategic pursuits across markets.
With more than 22 years of experience, Brian has served in leadership roles at professional services firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has provided engineering consulting and design for clients at both the local and national levels, managing all aspects of project development—from due diligence and conceptual design to project construction and closeout. Brian's impressive portfolio includes project management and engineering oversight for the largest residential project approved in New Jersey in 2021 and a new flagship cancer treatment manufacturing facility for a global pharmaceutical company.
At VHB, Brian will focus his efforts on managing operations and business development while leading the delivery of integrated engineering, transportation, planning, and environmental solutions to public and private sector clients. His leadership role will also include fostering, managing, and growing the talented team at VHB’s Manasquan office. Brian’s familiarity with the central New Jersey area will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with clients, further solidifying VHB’s position in the marketplace.

Brian is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Municipal Engineer, and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University.
