Curt Ostrodka, Director of Smart Communities, authored a feature for Urban Land Institute about the UCF REACH Hub, which is a component of the City of Orlando Resilience Plan. VHB and Hub partners identified a need for equitable solutions to assist with power outages and connectivity in Central Florida, and this mobile unit reflects the city’s commitment to innovative solutions for a more sustainable future in a quickly transforming world.
