
Mark Costa, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP, and Jacob San Antonio, PE, recently co-authored an article featured in the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section’s (BSCES) October newsletter. They share insights on the Dorchester Bay City project, which will be a catalyst for future transformation. The article explores plans for the creation of a nearly six-million-square-foot resilient hub of residential housing, retail/restaurant, and commercial office/research space, as well as six acres of well-appointed parks and plazas.
