One Spruce Peak

Nestled between Stowe Mountain and Spruce Peak Village, One Spruce Peak features 27 ski-in/ski-out luxury mountain residences. Our team worked together with the architects, Bull Stockwell Allen, to collaborate on a site plan that capitalized on the views of Mount Mansfield’s “Front Four” ski trails and Spruce Peak, increasing real estate values and the marketability of this community. The architectural team focused on designing the residences with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping mountain views. And VHB focused on creating the ultimate guest experience. Every detail was carefully planned—from the arrival experience to the amenities, including the aquatics terrace, the private elevators that lead guests from their residences to the Over Easy Chair Lift and the parking structure which is tucked below the complex. The outdoor aquatics terrace features a pool, hot tubs, cabana and fire pit designed with a materials palette that were inspired by the natural surroundings of Mt. Mansfield. In addition to the on-site amenities, the residents at One Spruce Peak have full access to the village at Spruce Peak including the Alpine Clubhouse, spa and wellness center, and an 18-hole mountain golf course. One Spruce Peak will feature a mix of townhomes, residences, and penthouses, which currently range in price from $2 to $10 million, giving this development the highest mountain resort residential real estate values in the Northeast.
