Social—Arverne East will offer more than 1,650 new residential housing units, with approximately 1,320 units designated as affordable housing for formerly homeless, low-, moderate-, and middle-income households. Environmental—The inclusion of a 35-acre nature preserve and public open spaces will enhance biodiversity, offering residents and visitors places for leisure and education.
