Scott’s View Apartments

Richmond, VA

This Scott’s View Apartments repositioned a former industrial site for luxury apartments outside of downtown Richmond, VA. This new $75 million development contains new residential units, first floor retail, office space, and a parking deck to service tenants. Integrated civil engineering and landscape architecture services were required due to the complexity of the site and the importance of creating an inviting and modern outdoor aesthetic to compete with several other mixed-use properties within the community. Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, courtyard, pocket park, and a green wall. Our team led the preparation and approval of a Plan of Development and supported the team during the permitting phase of the project.
