VHB assists this certified B-Corp energy utility in managing its active Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)-permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility (TSDF), and electrical maintenance facility. VHB has monitored daily operations and assisted with compliance, as well as with storage, handling, marking, shipping, disposal and/or recycling of electrical equipment and mineral oil dielectric fluid. The VHB Team has also been involved with inventory maintenance; annual reporting; employee training; and assistance with management of hazardous, non-hazardous, Universal and electronic wastes.
