PANYNJ Regional Goods Movement Plan

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s (PANYNJ) transportation facilities include America's busiest airport system, marine terminals and ports, rail transit systems, and tunnels and bridges. Their mission is straightforward—keep the region, specifically New York and New Jersey, moving. To follow through on this mission, the Authority must plan long-term, so PANYNJ turned to VHB for our innovative leadership. By coordinating a series of workshops and focus groups, we helped PANYNJ develop a comprehensive long-term regional goods movement plan for freight strategies and future projects.
