Brandon McAdams, PE, has been selected to serve as a 2023 Emerging Leader through the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC) program. Brandon will represent engineering consultants on the ECLC committee as they lead advocacy efforts and connect professionals in the transportation construction industry.
Brandon is a Senior Transportation Engineer at VHB Virginia Beach. The VTCA Emerging Leaders program provides opportunities to enhance leadership skills and expand knowledge within the industry. Emerging Leaders in the program foster connections and build industry relationships, leading to valuable collaborations, mentorship opportunities, and professional growth.

With 14 years of experience, Brandon’s work in policy development, roadway design, and construction builds a strong network with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers in both the public and private sectors. He is also involved in the Greater Hampton Roads chapter of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), where he is completing a three-year term as a member of the Board of Directors.
