VHB was recently selected by Albemarle County to lead the master planning effort for the Three Notched Trail project that will connect the western edge of the City of Charlottesville to Ivy, Crozet, and the Blue Ridge Tunnel in Afton. In addition, this trail will connect bicyclists and pedestrians to the Appalachian Trail, Shenandoah National Park, and the University of Virginia’s grounds.
