Oxford Road Revitalization

As part of a corridor revitalization study, VHB provide landscape architecture and hardscape enhancements to Oxford Road in Seminole County—an important catalyst site for motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists in the heavily-traveled U.S. 17-92 corridor. VHB developed a conceptual design that provided vibrant and interesting public space for pedestrians with floating fountains, small plazas with seating, a diverse colored concrete palette, decorative columns, native plantings, and an urban park. VHB provided a full suite of conceptual drawings, final construction documents, and construction administration for the County.
