When Life Time Athletic wanted to bring their new facility online within 18 months, in time for a summer grand opening, they turned to the multi-disciplinary team at VHB for help. We worked diligently with Life Time throughout the final design and construction phase of the luxury athletic club to meet milestones and development goals. VHB served as liaison between Life Time Athletic and the Town of Framingham, leading community meetings and gaining support from residents, officials, and key stakeholders. Our team addressed on-site parking needs, designing space for 600 vehicles, while paying close attention to landscaping and open space to improve aesthetics. We also solved traffic challenges and worked with the Town to install a new signal to provide convenient member access to the new facility. The Town of Framingham was the ultimate winner, with both an exciting new athletic facility and improved traffic flow in the community.
